Music,through music i connect to people, in whatever mood am in there is always a song that goes with it,i travel to places i have never been physically to.

Cooking! as a girl child i was raised and taught how to cook healthy meals at a very early age and i have loved it, i love tooking for my family and friends on delicious healthy meals with my moms recipes.

through reading am open to learning about all that i have never known, i learn , relearn and different books and their genres excite me.

Swimming is therapy to me one of the best sport that has balanced my body till date.

Time management, time is crucial in my field, goal setting, periodization, planning among so many activities and  tasks determines how well i will achieve my prior set targets.


Problem solving as a skill in my profession is very key and since we deal with peoples emotions, this requires me to identify and analyzing problem a head of time,taking effective actions and understanding the effect of the decision.
