Summary

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), with over 10 years of experience in oral health, hygiene, and sanitation promotion, and 8 years of proven success in project management. I hold a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Dental Therapy from the University of Rwanda – College of Medicine and Health Sciences (formerly Kigali Health Institute). Driven by enthusiasm, organization, and self-motivation, I have led impactful health initiatives across Rwanda. Over the past decade, I successfully managed three major oral health and hand hygiene projects in collaboration with key stakeholders including the Ministry of Health, Rwanda Biomedical Centre, Ministry of Education, and local authorities. My leadership contributed to the development and launch of Rwanda’s first-ever National Oral Health Strategic Plan, the School Oral Health Promotion Program, and the integration of oral health into the national non-communicable diseases (NCDs) framework through my work with the Rwanda NCD Alliance (RNCDA). I bring extensive experience working with National Authorities, international and nonprofit organizations in multicultural environments, combining technical expertise with strategic vision to drive sustainable health outcomes.
