• As the Regional Director in Kigali, I contribute to leading the global agency's strategic vision, programme quality, and operations excellence
• I support the partnership established between the various entities of the agency
• I am also a main contributor to fundraising for the global agency
• I supervise several Country Directors and collaborate with national Boards
• As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I take part in strategic decision-making, supporting in the overall management, guidance and leadership of the global agency.

• As the Country Director for Zambia, I was responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the Zambia Country Office, accountable for sustainable, effective delivery and impact of the country programme
• I specifically managed stakeholder relationships (Government, donors, private sector, Board of Directors, development partners)
• I was in charge of raising funds (6.5 million USD in 3 years), driving the growth and sustainability of the organization based on data and evidence, and spearheading all strategic planning efforts and being the public spokesperson for Restless Development Zambia.

I was responsible for the development of youth development projects in collaboration with Governments and civil society, in the areas of formal and non-formal education, lifeskills, reproductive health, public participation and governance, livelihood, policy reforms, etc.

Supported the design, implementation, coordination, monitoring and reporting of social sectors projects in the areas of health, child rights, emergency coordination, data and monitoring, etc.
