Institutional Partnerships Manager

  • Coordinate the development and management of long-term relationships with member states, institutional partners, and development partners.
  • Design and implement strategies to attract new institutional members and deepen engagement with existing ones.

  • Pavilion Director for Rwanda at Expo 2020 Dubai for 6 months; led all operations including supplier sourcing, negotiations and logistics, Government of Rwanda point of contact for high-level delegations, Overall budget management for over three Million (USD), Coordination of Rwanda’s participation in expo events, and overall coordination with both the Expo and Rwandan team.
  • Co-lead the team that worked on the new Smart Rwanda Master Plan that focuses on Rwanda’s digital transformation and Rwanda’s roadmap to becoming a leading ICT hub in Africa.
  • Lead the team that sorted out the 400 services that need to be digitized by 2024 via the Irembo Platform.
