My Profile Summary: I am a successful banker with 14 years of experience in the banking sector, specializing in the Operations Department. As the first area, I operated the branches from the Teller position, then served as the Branch Operations Supervisor for two years, and Acting Manager for one year until I was transferred to the project to unload the new core banking system. I have successfully implemented a Customer Relationship Management System that migrated more than 40,000 customers from an old core banking system to a new core banking system, Finacle. I supported the implementation and stabilization of the Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and I continue to support BAU issues. I was in charge of implementing the clearing system, Bplus, training users, and defining the user access matrix. The system has now been working successfully for almost six years. Since the 2018 migration, up to early 2019, the bank encountered a significant hurdle related to reconciliation, specifically involving duplication, which resulted in a prolonged outstanding amount of over 400 thousand USD. I took on a key role in investigating the root causes of these discrepancies, diligently worked towards their resolution, and managed to successfully recover over 300 thousand USD, as well as stabilizing the reconciliation process and the operational books, with a turnaround time of 5 days. I have completed a project as the Lead in the automation of the reconciliation process within the Bank across all the Assets, Liabilities, and Digital products, which enables you to cut down on the time, cost, and potential for errors associated with manual bank reconciliation, and can help to reduce your business's overall financial performance. And completed a project of settlement automation through Bplus, where all card settlements (VISA, MC, Rswitch) are now processed, validated, and posted. Back up to the Senior Manager of Central Operations for four years, from which I benefited from more exposure and managerial experience. In addition to the above responsibilities, I am a team leader who oversees a team of 11 champions by providing guidance to achieve great results in accordance with the bank's strategy through motivation and inspiration of hard work. I also have a responsible outlook toward work, and I am ready to take on new challenges.

  • Leads the reconciliation unit, whereby I guide and supervise a team of 12 members in reconciling 338 accounts daily, identifying and investigating pending items, and aiming to close them no later than 5 days.
  • We also process, validate, and prepare postings for all card settlements, telecom, and FinTech settlements as their clearing bank. Conduct continuous mentorship for certain members of my team who have proven their capacity and ability to become future managers.
