· I implemented Microsoft 365 products to streamline our organization's digital workflow. This included setting up tools like Outlook for email management, Teams for collaboration, SharePoint for document sharing and collaboration, Planner for team management, Power BI for Data Analytics and OneDrive for cloud storage. We also integrated Office apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to enhance productivity. This implementation aimed to improve communication, collaboration, and overall efficiency within National Bank of Rwanda.

· I enhanced SolarWinds monitoring tool to bolster our system administration resources, providing us with comprehensive monitoring and management capabilities for BNR systems and infrastructure. With SolarWinds, we can monitor various aspects of our network, servers, applications, and devices in real-time.

· Implemented device vulnerability scanning using Insight Rapid7 solution to bolster cybersecurity in BNR. Configured and deployed Rapid7 platform for regular network scans, identifying and prioritizing vulnerabilities for proactive remediation.

· Upgraded Windows servers to enhance performance and security. Completed seamless upgrades across multiple servers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Implemented latest security patches and features to fortify server defenses against potential threats to BNR IT infrastructure.
