· Setting up the program team. Recruiting and onboarding of Safety advisors, Training and Information Managers. Drafting the national security policy, contingency plan, Security Operating Procedures (SOPs). Leading NGOs’ security risk assessment and site security review (for properties) on-request basis. Drafting and conducting security briefing for NGO’s newly arrival international staffs
· Engaging with Donors and Chadian authorities to build and enhance INSO acceptance. Motoring of regional security dynamics across Sudan, Nigeria, Cameroon, and Niger
· Acting as Country Director by leading the country director’s special security meeting, drafting donor’s monthly and quarterly reports. Leading the annual plan session and defining the programmatic strategy. Reviewing and holding the program’s budget
· Managing Safety Advisors, Information Manager, Training Manager, and their teams, making sure all security reports are compliant with INSO’s standard.
· Leading NGOs’ security risk assessment and site security review (for properties) on-request basis. Drafting and conducting security briefing for NGO’s newly arrival international staffs
· Drafting security policy and plan, contingency plan, standard operating procedures in compliance with INSO policy
· Negotiate access to “organized criminal groups” to enable humanitarian working safely
· Contribute to set up airbridge to facilitate entering and exiting of humanitarian workers to Haiti
· Acting as Country director while on leave
· Head of INSO’s office – Coordinate INSO’s activities in the Field (Mopti and Ségou);
· Ensuring all security reports, alerts, bi-weekly reports, and weekly lists are published on schedule.
· Setting up area security assessment, road assessment, site security review.

· Attending external meetings: CMcoord, security-cell meeting, general briefing at OCHA.
· Conducting security assessment leading to special reports on complex security situations in Beni and Bunia.
· Conducting NGO site security reviews and contingency plans draft.
· Contribute to the drafting of the transitional plan and withdrawal of MONUSCO from Tanganyika.
· Supporting the Country Director in implementing INSO’s policy.
· Conducting security briefing to newly arrival NGO’s staffs
· Implementing crisis management coordination in the field offices
· Coordinating INSO’s activities in Northern CAR, drafting safety analysis, security report and alert.
· Drafting security and contingency plan for INSO and NGOs partners.

· Representing INSO in local level, attending external security meetings (ASMT, security-cell meeting, CMcoord.
· Substitute the Safety Advisor by drafting INSO report, alert, area/axis assessment, leading weekly meeting.
· Conduct meetings with armed groups leaders during field missions to negotiate access. Attend external security meetings (humanitarian forum, CMCoord, security cell-meeting, cluster protection). Achieve training of Deputy Safety and Assistants Advisor and the Fields monitors.
· Assisting the project manager in the implementation of the project in Lobaye, Sangha Mbaéré, Mambéré-Kadéi. Substitute the project Manager during the holydays. Coordinate field monitoring activities by supervising psychosocial and field Facilitators’ task.
· Assisting the HR Manager in managing work litigation, internal and external contracts.
