  • Led stakeholder engagement efforts with relevant Rwandan government institutions to ensure full regulatory compliance for a major exploration project. Coordinated with RMB and district authorities, resulting in timely approval of exploration permits and environmental impact assessments (EIAs), enabling the project to commence ahead of schedule.
  • Played a key role in securing mineral rights and land access for an exploration/Mining project by coordinating with national and district-level government authorities. Engaged early with relevant ministries and local leaders to negotiate land use agreements and ensure compliance with legal frameworks, avoiding potential disputes.
  • Developed a comprehensive environmental and regulatory compliance map named the Kanzenze Quarry Zone Map for the Bugesera region. This map serves as a strategic tool for guiding sustainable quarry and mining activities in the area. It integrates key environmental considerations, legal requirements, and safety protocols to ensure that all operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
