HR Professional
- Able to create a flexible and focused workforce which is ‘fit for the purpose; as an HR professional, I ensure that the entire recruitment/selection and onboarding process activities like internal approvals, advertisement, shortlisting, interviews and tests are professionally managed
- Worked closely with departmental managers to plan for the hiring process and analyze job descriptions
- Systematic coordination of interviews, tests and timely result announcements for outcome
- Handle employee terminations, grievances and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner, working closely with legal officers, supervisors and management for their input while attending critical matters
- Identify talent with capabilities to occupy the right positions
- Able to conduct end-to-end smooth onboarding process
- Ensure employees are fully engaged locally in all local HR activities and at the Group level ie participating in GCA, PA, 21 days of yellow care and other surveys
- Supports the business in employee engagement through HR partnership.
