Now I’m ready to bring that execution power to ANDO, owning the P&L, growing Kigali’s top restaurant portfolio, and making sure we win this market the right way. I may not be Rwandan, but I’ve got boots on the ground, a deep respect for local context, and a commitment to building something lasting, not just for me, but with the team that gets it.
