Over the past 5 years as a barista, I’ve grown from a junior position to Head Barista at Lemon Kigali. One of my biggest achievements is training and mentoring new staff, helping them master espresso techniques and customer service. I’ve also introduced creative seasonal drinks that became customer favorites and increased sales. My latte art skills and attention to detail have been recognized by both customers and management. I take pride in maintaining high-quality standards, speed, and consistency during busy hours.
