The candidate, Victor Emmanuel SEWABANA, has more than 8 years' experience in Project Management during which he has been involved in various social projects and ventures in Rwanda. He also has experience in Manual design and development, Facilitation, Training, Coaching, Advocacy, and Action Research. The candidate has experience in social project proposal development and fundraising process. The candidate has practical knowledge and experience of working with the community in conflict management/resolution and SMEs. Apart from studying Public finance at university, the candidate practiced that subject while he was an internee at National Bank of Rwanda in 2006. The candidate also has experience in partnership development gained mostly from football for hope alliance. During my term at ESPERANCE, I was responsible for, among others, creating and developing partnership with CSO and other local and international organizations in order to have joint actions and gain visibility. The same expertise was sharpened when he participated in the preparation, drafting, reporting and evaluation of the project at ESPERANCE-Rwanda (AJSK).
