Responsible for Developing New Agriculture Extension Projects, oversee development of extension agents training manuals and scripts, supports farmer field school facilitators and farmers to shape the adoption of modern farming techniques
Designing projects targeting women-headed households to adopt improved seeds, fertilizers and coordinating the capacity building of extension agents
I was able to use 300USD co-impact grant to run this project

Team management & professional development
Internal and external stakeholder management; In collaboration with Unicef and National Child Development Agency (NCDA) was able to implement nutrition project of feeding children under 5 years with eggs
Working with Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resource board (RAB) seasonal extension materials validation through inception workshops
Reduced time-to-market for new products by optimizing internal workflows and removing bottlenecks in the process.
Implemented an idea management platform that encouraged employees to submit innovative suggestions, boosting engagement across departments.

One Acre Fund

07.2016 - 08.2018

Designed and implemented a trial project for increasing the use of improved hybrid maize seed by farmers across four district of Rwanda in 2017 season A and later scaled it nationally with a budget of over 150 Us Dollars in 2020 bringing the impact of over $36 per farmer
Scoped & implemented Performance management digital system of using USSD and online phone surveys to evaluate the trainings given to Twigire Muhinzi agents (SEDOS and Farmer Promoters) this is currently utilized
Coordinated farmer's trainings on good agricultural practices using field demonstration plots and giving them free seeds as tester packs
Oversee medium Project implementation, progress effective monitoring, Managing and coordination field staff, Provision mid-season project assessment plan
Budgeting and risk mitigation planning: Worked with Extension department lead to budget tor all department spending
Used Strategic project management tools to run mulit partner projects of MasterCard Foundation, European Union (EU) and Landassa
Managed multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
Established clear lines of communication between all parties involved in projects, preventing misunderstandings or miscommunications from jeopardizing outcomes.

EPR-Help a Child

Integrated project planning and budgeting of activities per donor needs
Supervised formation of 30 rural women's associations in the Rwamagana district on nutrition and a balanced diet
Linked 36 self-help groups (SHGs) of vulnerable farmers and youth graduates in TVET with MFIs through negotiating with microfinance institutions to finance their small business of piggery, poultry keeping, and Raising of Rabbits in Musha sector Eastern province
Worked with local government authorities in the social well-being of farmer groups through sensitization meetings to attain behavior change for vulnerable households
Facilitated financing of livestock value chains and linked them with SACCOs to give them small loans to run their small business in raising small livestock and other off-farm income generating activities
Supervised training of 200 TVET in agriculture production, agribusiness planning, and marketing
Kept time on delivery of quarterly program reports to donors, Management of donor funds was ensured and the project was given extension from 5 years to more five years and it was scaled to other districts of the country
Project assessments and evaluation reports were submitted to senior leadership on time
Managed and supervised administrative and daily program operations, complying with policies and regulations.
Established strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring support for program initiatives.
