  • Responsible for Developing New Agriculture Extension Projects, oversee development of extension agents training manuals and scripts, supports farmer field school facilitators and farmers to shape the adoption of modern farming techniques
  • Designing projects targeting women-headed households to adopt improved seeds, fertilizers and coordinating the capacity building of extension agents

  • Designed and implemented a trial project for increasing the use of improved hybrid maize seed by farmers across four district of Rwanda in 2017 season A and later scaled it nationally with a budget of over 150 Us Dollars in 2020 bringing the impact of over $36 per farmer

Accomplishments
