Angella Mutamba is an Agricultural Economist with a Master's degree in Agribusiness. She with over ten years of experience in various agricultural sectors which include; rural extension and outreach, socioeconomical interventions, consultancy, and Project management in international organizations, public and private sector. She has Project Management experience across high-value multidisciplinary projects. She is skilled in building and nurturing productive, profitable stakeholder relationships. She has engaged in different development-related projects at various scales in Rwanda including; agribusiness strategic planning and integrated livelihoods management. She has experience in impact evaluation, value chain analysis, research designs, and behavior change barrier analysis. Additionally, she is experienced in mass marketing, running input adoption and demand stimulation campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and working with multidisciplinary teams. She demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable agriculture practices, community engagement and empowerment. Strong leader and problem-solver dedicated to streamlining operations to decrease costs and promote organizational efficiency.
