Charles Nzaramyimana is a highly motivated PhD student in the College of Education, currently working under the guidance of Dr. Ntawiha Philothere and Dr. Maniriho Dan. With a First Class Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton-Kenya, and a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction from the Faculty of Education at the former National University of Rwanda, Charles brings a strong academic background to his current pursuits. In addition to his studies, Charles has gained valuable experience as the administrator of postgraduate studies and research at the African Centre of Excellence in Data Science. Prior to this role, he served as an assistant lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2016, and currently holds a part-time position as an assistant lecturer in the Faculty of Education at Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA). Charles is an innovative and tech-savvy lecturer who effectively integrates technology to enhance student engagement. His extensive knowledge in psychology, coupled with specialized training in research, grant writing, and public speaking, enables him to deliver impactful and memorable lectures that inspire and educate students. With over 20 years of experience in education, Charles is a multifaceted lecturer who excels at adapting presentations to meet the needs of diverse student backgrounds. His expertise in educational psychology allows him to provide relevant information and first-hand experiences that enrich the learning process. Known for his personable demeanor and strong work ethic, Charles is well-suited to contribute as an assistant lecturer in educational psychology and foundation of education.
