  • Implemented DHIS2, a digital public good, in the local government sector to facilitate in cross sector (education, health) KPI data collection and apply its analytics capabilities for data driven decision-making for effective resource allocation and policy implementation.
  • Facilitated change management initiatives in my role as a strategic advisor to the CEO, RISA, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
  • Supported software development using GitHub to review code and track development projects, defining clear requirements and effectively communicating them to technical teams.
